Meeting called to order at 6:04pm
Principal Report
-Thank you for another great school year!
-Reminder that the school is closed 6/22-8/17. No one will be allowed on campus
during this time.
-Residency verification needs to be done at LCM by tomorrow, otherwise at the district
office over the summer
-When we return to school the right corner lot should be completed with some new
landscaping
-Discussion about making copies for back to school night-Jen was concerned about
having enough time to get copies done. Klimas said he would let Jen know if earlier is needed.
-Copy room is moved to Pod E
-Mrs Kennedy is taking another position in Human Resource at SDUSD. She will be
missed!
Teacher Report
-Cherveny presented a framed photo collage and card from the 2nd grade teachers
thanking us the wonderful sculpting experience
PAC Report
-Lori Roy attended
-Last meeting of the school year. Nice lunch was served with mini bundt cakes
-School counselor from SMHS presented on the CCGI (California College Guidance
Center). Program was purchased by our district to help students with career and college
decisions. Super cool program-the plan is to start implementing 7th-12th grade next school
year. Should be live in August.
President Report
-Vicki went over the budget numbers.
-Lori asked about the district budget cuts and if Mr. Ball and the music program will
continue next year? Klimas said yes it will still be covered by the district.
-Vicki said she would hand out PTO job list at the summer budget meeting
-Summer meeting was set for July 21st at 10am. It will be at Lori's house.
-Vicki honored Cindi and all that she does for LCM.

-Discussion around correcting our e-mail on the school website
Activities
-Picnic in the Park is all ready to go June 16th. There will be pizza, popsicles and lots
of fun.

-Silver Graphics still open for ordering
-Another check coming from SG in June
